At Quantum Raters, we really focus on the Builder's experience. Through our HERS Rating services, our goal is to reduce the community carbon footprint while simultaneously increasing our Builders' Revenue, Profit, & Brand Value.
Our Mission: To increase our Builders' Homeowners' comfort, indoor air quality (IAQ), and overall experience while also decreasing their utility bills
Our Experience: We have performed over 3,000 HERS Ratings in 25 cities across 3 states
Our Services: We provide HERS Ratings for Builders only at this time. We also provide ENERGY STAR and DOE ZERH certifications
Our Services
All of our services follow a similar 3-step process: pre-site evaluations through energy modeling, multiple on-site inspections, and providing you with the proper energy documents
HERS Ratings
We are a Turn-Key Trade Partner that provides both the HERS Ratings themselves, as well as extensive training and marketing services related to the HERS Rating.
ENERGY STAR
We are trained to provide ENERGY STAR certifications for your homes, which beginning in 2023 will qualify for a $2,500 federal tax credit.
DOE ZERH
We provide DOE Zero Energy Ready Home certifications as well, which are more intense than ENERGY STAR, which beginning in 2023 will qualify for a $5,000 federal tax credit.
